Ecdysterone Sportlab 60 capsules

Ecdysterone is a plant sterol that occurs naturally in some plants and is one of the most common hormones in arthropods. It has been available as a dietary supplement for a long time, but only now are studies showing clear effects of the substance. Recent human studies show that the ecdysterone supplement group experienced significant increases in muscle mass and better performance in the 1RM bench press compared to the control group. It depends on how ecdysterone binds to estrogen receptors (ER) and in turn promotes higher levels of the hormone IGF1.

WADA is currently investigating several substances, including ecdysterone, and it may be added to WADA's anti-doping list in the future. Currently, in 2023, it is not on the list and competing athletes can use it freely.

Ingredients: Ecdysterone, microcrystalline cellulose , magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon oxide
Dosage: Two tablets once per day.
