Which Tongkat Ali should I choose?
If you're new, start with Tongkat Ali 200:1. It has the lowest price per day and one jar lasts 60 days. If you want a higher eurycomanone content per capsule, there's the 4 % variant.
What does 200:1 mean?
That 200 kg of root has been concentrated into 1 kg of extract. That's the difference from ground root powder, where you rarely know what you're getting.
What is eurycomanone?
One of the most studied compounds in the Tongkat Ali root. A serious product states a standardised content – ours are standardised to 2 % and 4 % respectively.
How do I take it?
1 capsule a day, ideally in the morning with a glass of water. Take it regularly and give it a few weeks before you evaluate. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Can I combine it with other supplements?
Our advice is to start with one thing at a time, so you know what works for you before adding anything else.
Where is it made and how is it tested?
Our own Tongkat Ali is made in Sweden under GMP control. Every batch has a certificate of analysis that you can read on the product page.
