Refund and Return Policy
Overview
At Tongkatbutiken.se, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. Our refund and return policy applies for 14 days from receipt of your package. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your package must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cost of returns
When you make a return, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Within Sweden, the return fee is SEK 59.
For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 150 is added for return handling, shipping and service fee. This is deducted directly from your refund.
Right of complaint
According to Swedish law, you as a customer have the right to complain about an item if it is defective or does not correspond to the expected properties and quality. The right to complain is valid for three years from when you received the item. If you find that the product is faulty, please contact us immediately to report the problem.
In the event of a complaint, you have the right to have the item repaired, replaced with a new item or get your money back. We reserve the right to examine the product and verify the complaint before compensation is granted.
The right to claim does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents or normal wear and tear.
To make a complaint, please contact our customer service. We will help you with the handling of your complaint case and make sure that you get a quick and fair solution.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your returned package, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and accept or decline your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within the specified number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been registered.
- Please contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Please contact your bank, as additional processing time may occur.

Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same product, send us an email to info@tongkatbutiken.se.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping cost of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, it may take different time for the replaced product to reach you. If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will accept your return.
Payment
At Tongkatbutiken.se you can pay with your credit or debit card via our secure checkout page. When you make a purchase through our payment solution, all credit and debit card transactions are charged directly at the time of purchase. This means that you as a customer make advance payments for the products or services you order. By using advance payments, we can quickly process your order and begin the delivery or fulfillment process.
Invoice - Klarna Checkout:
Klarna Checkout displays the payment options that can be offered to you. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, partial payment, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the default payment option where possible. When paying by invoice, Klarna's current invoice terms apply at any time; U.N. 14 days credit, a reminder fee is added in case of non-payment. If you shopped for less than SEK 60, SEK 29.00 is added, and if you shopped for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60.00 is added in reminder fee. Also a late payment interest corresponding to 24% plus at any time the reference rate set by the Riksbank. There is no cost to use Klarna Checkout. However, any taxes or fees may be added through the selected payment option, see the individual payment terms for the option you choose. Klarna can at any time add or remove one or more payment options from those offered in Klarna Checkout.
Shipping Process and Delivery Time
We offer delivery with PostNord for fast and reliable deliveries. Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days from the time the order has been confirmed. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location and any irregularities in the delivery process.
We always aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
