Shilajit vs Tongkat Ali – What's the Difference?

Shilajit and Tongkat Ali are two of the most popular natural supplements for energy, vitality and hormone balance – but they work in different ways. Tongkat Ali is a root extract with the strongest scientific support for supporting testosterone levels and stress management in men. Shilajit is a mineral-rich, fulvic-acid-based substance from the Himalayas that has traditionally been used as a broad adaptogen for energy, recovery and cellular vitality, but with less human research behind it.
